# Helpful Hints:

01 -
  • Ready in minutes: Only 15 minutes of active prep—the freezer does the rest.
  • Naturally wholesome: Made with real fruit, Greek yogurt, and no artificial additives, this treat is both vegetarian and gluten-free.
  • Tropical flavor explosion: The combination of mango, lime zest, and coconut milk creates a vibrant, refreshing taste that transports you straight to the tropics.
  • Easily customizable: Swap in coconut yogurt and maple syrup for a fully vegan version, or add a pinch of chili powder for a bold, spicy twist.
  • Guilt-free indulgence: At just 110 calories per popsicle, you can enjoy every lick without any compromise.
02 -
  • Choose the ripest mangoes: The riper the mango, the sweeter and more vibrant your popsicles will be. Look for mangoes that yield slightly to gentle pressure and have a fragrant aroma.
  • Use full-fat coconut milk for extra creaminess: Canned full-fat coconut milk creates a richer, silkier texture compared to carton varieties.
  • Tap out air bubbles: After pouring the mixture into the molds, tap them firmly on the counter a few times to eliminate air pockets and ensure smooth, even popsicles.
  • Freeze overnight for best results: While 4 hours is the minimum, freezing overnight guarantees the popsicles are completely solid and release cleanly from the molds.
  • Warm water is your friend: To unmold easily, run the outside of the mold under warm (not hot) water for 10–15 seconds—this loosens the edges without melting the popsicle.
  • Check your labels: Always verify that your yogurt and coconut milk are certified gluten-free if serving to those with gluten sensitivities.
