Lunar New Year Dragon Platter (Print Version)

# Ingredient List:

01 - 8 cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 8 thin slices Chinese BBQ pork (char siu)
03 - 8 cooked chicken potstickers (store-bought or homemade)

→ Vegetables

04 - 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
05 - 2 carrots, julienned
06 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
07 - 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
08 - 2 cups cooked and shelled edamame
09 - 8 lettuce leaves (butter or romaine)

10 - 1 small mango, thinly sliced
11 - 1 small dragon fruit, sliced and cut into scales
12 - 3 sprigs fresh cilantro
13 - 1 small bunch chives or green onions
14 - 1 sheet nori (seaweed), cut into small circles
15 - 2 black olives or grapes

→ Dipping Sauces

16 - ½ cup soy sauce
17 - ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
18 - ¼ cup hoisin sauce

# Steps:

01 - Cook potstickers and edamame, slice vegetables and fruits, and cut nori into small circles for facial features.
02 - On a large serving platter or board, lay out lettuce leaves in a curved line to represent the dragon's body.
03 - Place BBQ pork slices, shrimp, and potstickers over the lettuce to form the dragon's scales.
04 - Decorate with sliced cucumber, bell peppers, carrots, mango, and dragon fruit to define the dragon's body and tail.
05 - Form the head at one end using edamame, mango, and dragon fruit. Apply nori circles for eyes and black olives or grapes for nostrils. Use chives or green onions as whiskers.
06 - Garnish with fresh cilantro sprigs and arrange dipping sauces in small bowls around the platter.
07 - Present immediately, allowing guests to pick and dip their preferred bites.
