→ Assembly

16 - 8 whole wheat slider buns
17 - 1 small tomato, sliced
18 - 1 small cucumber, sliced
19 - 2 oz baby spinach or lettuce leaves
20 - 8 thin slices red onion

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Dijon mustard, parsley, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
03 - Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and form each into a small patty.
04 - Arrange the patties on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F.
05 - While patties bake, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dill or parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, mixing until smooth.
06 - Optionally, lightly toast the slider buns to enhance texture.
07 - Spread a layer of yogurt sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a chicken patty, tomato, cucumber, spinach or lettuce, and red onion. Add extra sauce if desired, then cover with the bun top.
08 - Serve sliders immediately to preserve freshness.
