# Steps:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Toss sausage slices with olive oil and arrange them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Roast the sausage slices for 15 to 20 minutes, turning them halfway through until golden and cooked thoroughly.
04 - Combine cranberry sauce, chopped parsley, rosemary, and chili in a small bowl.
05 - Remove sausages from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then spoon a small amount of the herbed cranberry mixture onto each piece.
06 - Decorate each sausage bite with a small sprig of parsley or rosemary and a cranberry or pomegranate seed to mimic holly berries.
07 - Arrange bites on a platter and serve warm or at room temperature.
