  • Vegetables: 1 large red bell pepper, 1 large yellow bell pepper, 1 large orange bell pepper, 1 large green bell pepper, 1 cup broccoli florets, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, ½ cup sliced cucumber, ¼ cup pitted black olives (optional), Fresh parsley or rosemary sprigs (for garnish)
  • Dip: 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or sour cream), 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons fresh chives finely chopped, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped, 1 garlic clove minced, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Prepare the Vegetables:
Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Cut bell peppers into rings or strips. Slice cucumber. Separate broccoli into small florets.
Arrange the Wreath:
On a large round platter create a circular wreath shape by alternating bell pepper rings broccoli florets cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices. Add olives for color and scatter fresh parsley or rosemary sprigs around for a festive look.
