Quick to craft chocolate trees with sprinkles and pretzels, ideal for festive celebrations and gifting.

# Ingredient List:

→ Chocolate

01 - 7 oz dark or milk chocolate, chopped

→ Decorations

02 - 2 tbsp colored sprinkles
03 - 2 tbsp mini sugar pearls or edible stars
04 - 12 pretzel sticks (for tree trunks)

→ Optional

05 - 1 tsp coconut oil (for glossier chocolate)

# Steps:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Melt the chocolate and coconut oil, if using, in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
03 - Transfer the melted chocolate into a piping bag or small zip-top bag and snip off a small corner.
04 - Place pretzel sticks spaced evenly on the parchment paper; these will serve as the tree trunks.
05 - Pipe zigzag lines of chocolate over each pretzel stick to form triangle shapes resembling Christmas trees.
06 - Sprinkle colored sprinkles and sugar pearls immediately over the wet chocolate.
07 - Allow the trees to set at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 10 minutes until firm.
08 - Carefully peel the chocolate trees off the parchment and serve or package for gifting.
