Recipe FAQ

Can I prepare the pinwheels ahead of time?

Yes, the pinwheels can be assembled in advance and baked just before serving to maintain their crispiness.

Is there a way to make these spicier?

Adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or using a hotter buffalo wing sauce increases the heat without changing the flavor profile.

Can I use rotisserie chicken in this dish?

Rotisserie chicken works well as a convenient substitute for cooked chicken breast, saving preparation time.

What are the alternative cooking methods?

You can cook the pinwheels in an air fryer at 200°C (400°F) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway for even crispiness.

How do I ensure the wonton wrappers stay sealed?

Brushing the edges with beaten egg before rolling helps seal the wrappers securely during baking.
